Our 24/7 service line is monitored by a call center with detailed Service Level Agreement standards.
To ensure the fastest service, please leave your full name, you company name and specific location of the issue including department/unit, address, and phone number.
A DMI technician will return your call within 30 minutes of you contacting the service center.
If a site trip is required, we will be onsite within 4 hours of your technician determining the need for the visit.
